From the highlands of Apaneca, at 1,680 meters above sea level, comes a coffee few will ever taste.

Sudan Rume—an exceptionally rare Arabica—grown exclusively at Finca El Retiro and patiently sun-dried in whole fruit.

This is a cup of quiet opulence. Umami-led and hauntingly complex, it moves effortlessly between sweet and savory: black cherry and passion fruit give way to guava, tangerine zest, and lily flower, grounded by candy cap mushroom, sandalwood, and a whisper of dark chocolate. A syrupy, full-bodied mouth feel carries richly bright acidity, finishing long and resonant with black cherry and maple warmth.
