Measure 15g fine grind coffee and 250ml hot water (93℃ is optimal).

Line Hario V60 Switch with 02 filter paper.

Put fine grind coffee into the Hario V60 Switch.

Add water, giving it a little swirl to get any pockets of dry coffee before infusing it as a whole.

Steep for 2 minutes before giving the top of a coffee a little stir.

Wait another 30 seconds before starting the drain. This will take approximately 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
