[Battuta Coffee] Honduras Honey Strawberry Jam  - 100% Arabica

A luxurious and expressive reserve lot from Honduras, grown at *1,800 masl* and crafted for remarkable sweetness and fruit intensity. Picked at peak ripeness, the coffee undergoes an *anaerobic fermentation with CO₂ injection*, alongside wine yeast, fruit glucose, and dehydrated strawberries, creating a beautifully layered and distinctly fruit-forward profile.

The coffee is carefully dried in two stages—first under shade for 25, followed by 15 days of stabilization in Grain-Pro bags. The result is a classic strawberry co-ferment: exceptionally sweet and vibrant, with the unmistakable character of cooked strawberry jam unfolding alongside ripe peach and juicy grape notes.

Silky and indulgent in texture, the cup finishes with a smooth sweetness reminiscent of milk chocolate leaving behind a lingering, elegant impression. A decadent expression of Honduras with the charm of a perfectly crafted fruit preserve.
