Despite its intriguing name, Bourbon Ají carries no chili-like heat. Instead, it reveals an extraordinary spectrum of sweetness and complexity—delicate florals, vibrant tropical fruit, stone fruit, berries, and elegant tea-like nuances.

Our Bourbon Ají Thermo-Shock is a celebration of modern coffee processing. Through a cutting-edge thermo-shock technique designed to stabilize the coffee’s structure and preserve its most expressive characteristics, the cup opens with pink rose, oolong tea, and white cherry, followed by layers of cocoa, delicate florals, and red berries.
