Sakura Bourbon is a spring-only new crop, crafted from the exceptional Bourbon Amarelo variety cultivated in Brazil’s highlands at elevations above 1,400 meters, where abundant sunlight nurtures remarkable sweetness and clarity.

The cup opens with elegant notes of almond and barley tea, followed by the delicate nuttiness of hazelnuts. Bright citrus acidity, reminiscent of fresh oranges and lemons, adds a refreshing lift, while the pulped natural process brings a soft, honey-like richness that gently envelops the palate.

As the cup unfolds, subtle sake-like nuances emerge, leading to a graceful finish of softly lingering ripe cherries.
